Do a Philippine passport holder need transit visa with 4hrs layover to Canada?

I am travelling from the Philippines to Canada but My flight has a layover in Shanghai Pu Dong China for 4 hours. I am a Philippine passport holder. Do I need a transit visa for the layover in the city with the same airline China Eastern Airlines?
