About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Malaysia to Australia via Shanghai

Hi, do i qualify for the 72hr visa if i fly Kuala Lumpur to Beijing to sydney? Flying Malaysian Airlines and connecting on Qantas 2 days later?
