About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I have a travel schedule with 100 minutes transit time at Beijing Capital Airport.

I arrive from Hong Kong (Air China) and out to Copenhagen (SAS) both from T3. Is that doable? If Hong Kong is considered 'International' it should be. If Hong Kong is 'Domestic' I may have a problem.

Yes, your transit time is enough. For international to international transfer in T3, the minimum transfer time is 60 mins. HK is regarded as the international destination.
Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures - Stamped on the Boarding Pass - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Waiting & Boarding.
