About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Travel to Beijing and Hong Kong

Hi, I'm an American flying from NY to Beijing for one day and then on to Hong Kong for another 1 1/2 days. I will depart Hong Kong (back to NY) less than 72 hours after I arrive in Beijing. Do I need a visa?
