Request for inexpensive hotel in Kunming per below criteria

Hello, I'm shall be visiting the end of this month and would like to visit just these places:
1) Stone Forest
2) Yunnan Ethnic Village
3) Dianchi Lake
4) Bamboo Temple
5) Street with rows and rows of authentic cuisines.
Can anyone recommend a hotel around 150yuan/night. As I am travelling alone, and will be out sightseeing most of the time, I only need a clean, comfortable bed with warm shower room within complimentary WI-FI access. Would appreciate assistance asap. Thank you.
