request for inexpensive hotel in kunming per below criteria

Hello, I'm shall be visiting the end of this month and would like to visit just these places:1) Stone Forest2) Yunnan Ethnic Village3) Dianchi Lake4) Bamboo Temple5) Street with rows and rows of authentic cuisines.Can anyone recommend a hotel around 150yuan/night. As I am travelling alone, and will be out sightseeing most of the time, I only need a clean, comfortable bed with warm shower room within complimentary WI-FI access. Would appreciate assistance asap.
