About:China Private Visit Visa

I am here in china now with S1 visa together with my son

We want to extend our stay here what documents do we need and were to process it to extend our stay in china with my husband and our child

Megz, those documents are needed: passports of you and your son, the application forms, passport-style photos, valid registration form of temporary residence, an invitation letter from your passport and copies of his passport and residence permit, physical medical examination of you and your son, and marriage certificate, as well as your son’s birth certificate.
You can just go to the exit and entry administration 30 days prior to its expiry date to extend it on your own. Your husband doesn’t need to be there if it is not required.
