About:Embassy & Consulates of Philippines in China

Good Day! I am Myla F. Cuadra Filipino, married to a chinese and have a son. Last Aug.2008 we have to go back to the Phils. and we wasn't able to register our marriage and our son to be recognized as Filipino because of financial and time constraint. Right now, I am here in the Phils. together with my son but my husband have go back to China to work.We have plans to go back to China this year but the problem is my son, my son's visa in entering the Phils. last Aug. 2008 is just a tourist visa. Immigration here in the Phils. told me I just register my marriage and my son in Philippine Embassy in China then my marriage and my son citizenship will be cleared. My question is, my husband is in China right now, is it ok that my husband will be the one who will process the document in Philippine Embassy in Beijing? Please..... We don't have enough money we just want our marriage and our son to be legalized.Waiting for your response. Thank you very much
