Work and S1 visa together

I was on study X type last month , now I am in Pakistan and want to go back China on work Z type with my wife and newborn son.
Is it possible that we get invitation from company in china and go to china together, I mean work Z type for me and S1 type for wife and son applying at the same time in china embassy of Pakistan .
