About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I apply for the free transit visa If I fly from Spain to Hangzhou

and then from Hangzhou to Belgium?

Yes, you can enjoy the 144 hour free transit in Hangzhou if your layover time in Hangzhou is not exceeding 144 hours.
