Hi, i am holding a philippines passport, stay and working in tokyo. I would like to know if i had to get visa going to shenzen, what document should i provide. It was my company asking me to go there for training and orientation.

Yes, you have to apply for it and you should apply for it in advance. If you want to apply for a business M type, you need to provide passport and [photocopy of its data page, the filled-out application form, a recently-taken passport-style photo, an invitation letter from the training organization. Maybe you also need to provide financial support proof.
