I live in the Netherlands but I am Turkish citizen (holds a Turkish Passport).

Hi,
I aim to go to China for a business trip for a week on 16th of January.
I will collect all required documents and the earliest date for me to apply visa is: 9th of January. How likely if I can get my visa on 14th of January on Friday? People in the visa agency told me that it usually takes 4 days for Dutch citizens, but she is not sure especially for Turkish citizens. Is there any other examples like me before?
