About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Entering from Hong Kong at Shenzhen

Can I enter from hk at Shenzhen. Stay in Guangzhou for 2 or 3 days then fly out from Guangzhou .... Am I eligible for the short term visa...can I get it all hk boarder?

You'll only qualify for the 24-hour exemption if you travel that way. The only way to get the 72-hour TWOV is to travel to Guangzhou from HK by air.
