hi there, my friend and me will visit on 20-28 February, 2017, is this time we are still able to skiing and frozen lake skating.. because we afraid ice will start melt as this winter season seem like start early.

In the past a few years, the skiing resorts usually shut in late February or early March, and the forzen lake skating often closed in early February. Probaly, you are still able to go skiing, but you may not be able to go skating on the frozen lake. Have fun! :)
