Hello, I fly with Air China from Budapest to Bangkok, at Beijing we have only 1 hour transfer time.

If you use the same airline which means that the transfer will be finished in the same terminal, one hour will suffice to catch the forward flight. If you have to transfer in a different terminal, I'm afraid your time is too tight. I remember at least 120min is needed under the circumstance.
