About:Layover in Shanghai

Travelling from Cebu to Budapest on the 10th of February.

Hi,

I am from Hungary
I have an 18 hour layover and I would like to see Shanghai for a short period of time and also travell with the high speed maglev.
My question is can I get the 144 hours visa trough the internet or only at the airport. If I can on the internet where can I?
How much time do I have in the city and how much time does the security take when I leave the airport?

Hi, it can only obtained at the airport. Generally, it doesn't take much time, generally 0.5-1 hour.
