About:China Visa

I am a 17 year old Colombian citizen going to America, then China.

I am going to America for three months and then going from there to China for six weeks. I am in Colombia until January 8th. Can I apply for my China visa here in Colombia?

If you will apply for a single-entry tourist L type which is only valid for 3 months, you are advised to apply for it in America because it may expire after you stay for 3 months in America if you apply for it in Colombia.
