About:China Visa Exemption

Travel from Sydney to Hanoi (Vietnam) - transit in Guangzhou in less than 24hours.

Do I need to apply for a visa if I'm Vietnamese citizen ?

And if i'm Australian citizen ?

No, you don’t need it no matter which passport you hold because you can enjoy the 24 hour direct transit in Guangzhou if you travel like that.
