About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

My flight is Kuala Lumpur-Beijing-Minsk(Belarus)-Vilnius(Lithuania).

I will have a check in baggage that I will submit in Kuala Lumpur. Will my baggage be transfered to Lithuania with no need to reclaim it in PEK and re-check in it again? Does charges of my check in baggage apply for each flight?

You will transfer from International to International at PEK. You needn't claim your luggage. In genearl, the charges apply for each flight. You are advised to confirm this with the airlines and see whether if they have luggage check through service. Good luck!
