Bus from Hong Kong International Airport to Guangzhou, arriving HKIA at 1:10.

I'm afraid that there is no direct coach from HKIA to Guangzhou at that time. Thus you are advised to stay at a hotel nearby the airport and start off in the next early morning. The bus schedules are from 07:00 to 22:45. The ticket fare is 220 to 250 HKD per person. And the duration is about 4 hours.
