I have a transit at guangzhou and have wait time of 4 hours. Will I be able to get the 24 hour transit visa?

Well, you don't need to apply for the visa. You can enjoy the 24 hours visa free policy because your stopover is just 4 hours. Don't worry. However, if you wanna go to downtown area, you need to apply for a Stay Permit at the airport.
