Does the 24 hour transit rule apply for a 13 hour cruise ship stay in Sanya and 3day stay in HK

For Trinidad and Tobago nationals, pl advise, whether a visa is not required if...
The cruise goes from Vietnam to Sanya China and remains in Sanya from 8am to 5pm....does 24 hour transit rule apply?
The next stop is Hong Kong where I will stay for three days ...entry permits are not required for Trinidad and Tobago nationals who visit Hong Kong for 90 days or less.

Yes, the 24-hour free transit rule applies to you, but to play on the safe side, you had better confirm this also with the cruise company.
