About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

question from US citizen

my boss's trip start from New York -> Tokyo -> Seoul -> Hong Kong -> Beijing -> New York. since he will go back to New York from Beijing, can he stay at Beijing with transit visa for 48 hours?

Elaine, actually, he can enjoy the 72 hour free transit in Beijing if he travels like that. No transit entry permit will be needed then.
