About:China Visa on Arrival

Visa on arrival to Guangzhou from Hong Kong

Hi! If VOA only restricted to Shenzhen area, how do I apply if I want to go to Guangzhou? I know a friend who did VOA and she can travel to Guangzhou. Is there a different type of VOA? Which also granted more than 5 days? Thanks.

Christine, you need to apply for a visa in advance in your home country if you want to go to Guangzhou.
As far as I know, Guangzhou VOA is only issued to those who enter PRC for emergency issues, so it is very difficult to get it.
