About:Beijing Zoo

I'm wondering which one should I visit first as I want to ride Beijing Zoo Royal Boat Cruise?

A: from Summer Palace to Zoo.
B: from Zoo to Summer Palace
Will going to there this 25th Octber 2016?

You should visit from zoo to Summer Palace. Take the cruise from Huangdichuan Wharf at the rear lake near BJ Exhibition Center. The cruises are available from 10:00 to 16:00 at hourly intervals. A single trip takes about 1 hour. Have fun! :)
