About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I'm Filipino, US visa holder, and will be traveling from phillipines to shanghai and then US.

Do I have to apply for an entry permit if I am planning to stay less than 10 hours in shanghai airport, to catch my transfer flight?

Joe, no, you don’t need to apply for it because you can enjoy the 24 hour direct transit in Shanghai if you travel like that. Nice trip!
