Hi, there are two over night trains from Beijing to Shenzhen, one is Z107, the other is K105. Z107 runs about 22 hours, and K105 runs about 29 hours. It really a long distance and exhausting trip. So you'd better book a sleeper not a seat for a more comfortable trip.
