can we book a seat from Beijing to Shenzhen, an over night train.?

Hi, there are two over night trains from Beijing to Shenzhen, one is Z107, the other is K105. Z107 runs about 22 hours, and K105 runs about 29 hours. It really a long distance and exhausting trip. So you'd better book a sleeper not a seat for a more comfortable trip.0
