i am staying in guiyang city for few days.

Question

1. What is the best option to explore this province?2. Do we make Guiyang City the base and travel out? 3. Do we hire a taxi each day to explore different parts of this province (what is the approx fare for the day hire?)4. Or go by bus each day (but distances look very far?)5. Can you suggest an itenarary for the 5 days please?

The sightseeing spots in Guizhou are a bit far from each other. You may use public bus or charter a car to travel around. I would suggest you stay in Guiyang for a city trip on the first day, one the second day, take regular bus from Jinyang Passenger Transport Bus Station to Huangguoshu Waterfall. The bus departs every 45 minutes from 07:40 to 12:45. Spend the whole day visiting this spot and get back in the afternoon. Take high speed train to Kaili on the third day and stay there for two days. Explore the local ethnic minority villages by yourself, and then take train back on the last day.
