I Wanted to visit Vietnam for the Business Purpose and then wanted to visit China From There only. I a'm Indian Citizen, How Can I Club This Both The Countries ??

If possible, you should apply for China visa fom India. It cannot be assured that the PRC embassy in Vietnam will accept your application if you only stay there for a short term.
