ReplyDear Sarah, the festival is held in many places, like Sun Island, Zhaolin Park, Ice and Snow World, and Central Street. For accommodation, you may consider Sun Island Garden Hotel at No. 869, Binghua Road, to the west of Ice and Snow World. The hotel provides clean environment and nice service.
