any recommendations on how the best way I spend the 7 hours for city tour? Is it possible for me to take Circle route departing from Hubin Long-distance Bus Station at 14.30 or 15.00 from Terminal 3, follow the tour until its back to the airport again?

The must-see attractions are Hulishan Fort, Baicheng Beach, and Jimei.You can take the sightseeing bus from T3, tour around the city, and back to T3. The buses are available from 08:40 to 16:40 at intervals of 40 to 60 minutes. The whole trip takes about 1.5 hours. The ticket costs CNY 20 on weekdays; CNY 30 on weekends and holidays.
