About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hong Kong - Shanghai - Amsterdam

I am Dutch citizin flying from Amsterdam to Seoul to Hong Kong and then to Shanghai and want to stay in Shanghai for 5 days and then fly from Shanghai back to Amsterdam.
Can I make use of the 144-Hour Free Visa Transit ?
