Kunming - Shangri-la Is it possible to take bicycles with the bus?

And how is the road from Shangri-la to the tiger leaping gorge, do you think that we can handle this on one day ( 80-90 km are not that much with bicycles), how is the condotion of the road, or are there any special bicycle routes from shangri-la to the gorge?
