About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hong Kong - Beijing - Vietnam

Flying into Beijing from Hong Kong and staying in Beijing for 2 nights then flying to Hanoi, Vietnam. Do i qualify for a 72 hour free transit visa? if so am i completely restricted to staying inside Beijing?

Chris, you qualify for the 72h free transit and you are stricted to stay in Beijing, but not limited to the downtown area, you can also go to the outskirts.
