Cruise to Shanghai China then was flying out 2 day later is 144hr ok

Cruise from Japan to Shanghai China then was flying out 2 day later ,is 144hr work with the cruise or what do I need ?

If you will fly to a third country or region instead of Japan, you can enjoy the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai. You need to provide your passport, and transportation arrangement.
