I plan to head to Jiuhuang Airport after visiting Huanglong.

I was hoping to take the airport shuttle back to the airport from Huanglong to save money. Is this possible? I know the bus has to be full before it will go back to the airport. : Is there anyway I can book my seat ahead of time?
