I am taking a train from the airport to yanji. I believe the train leaves from BJ Zhan.

That's correct. U should go to the railway station. You may take shuttle bus line 3 to reach there directly.

It is Beijing Railway Statio. You can take shuttle bus line 3 from T3 to it. Then, catch a train to Yanji. :)
