About:China Customs Declaration

Can I bring powered milk, milo and biscuits for personal use into China?

Do you mean powdered milk? If so, you are allowed to take self-use amount into the country.
Small amount of milo should also be allowed. But you'd better make a declaration when passing the customs.
There is no problem for taking biscuits. No worry!
