Bangladesh citizen apply business visa to HK

I have a vendor, they will visit our HK office on Oct. Now they are arranging the documents to apply the entry permit. Would like to know did they submit the "Sponsor Certificate"? Can they apply it in Bangladesh China Embassy? Please advise your comments. Thanks.

Wing, the sponsor certificate is not necessary. They can apply for the business entry permit for HK without sponsor.
They can submit the application to the embassy of PRC to apply for it.
