do canadian and swiss citizen need entry visa .which city in swiss issues visas and how much does it cost for a tourist visa

Yes, entry visa is required for Canadian and Swiss citizens going to Vietnam. You can get visa on arrival at Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh/Danang airport.
