About:Visa Application for Children Born in US with Chinese Parents

Can US born child apply for a Chinese visa in countries other than the US?

My baby was born in Saipan and holds an American passport. do i have to apply for his Chinese visa in the US? Can i go to the Chinese embassy in South Korea to apply the visa for him?

Ethan, US born child doesn’t have to apply for Chinese visa in US.
If he has the ARC card in South Korea, it’s possible for him to apply for the visa from South Korea.
