Can I collect by myself at East Station tickets for Guangzhou to Hong Kong?

I've booked train tickets to Hong Kong travelling on 19th Aug. I will be in Guangzhou on 16th Aug.Can I collect the tickets by myself at Station when I arrive as I don't want delivery service to my hotel?
