About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I am arriving from Vancouver to PEK on Air Canada and then transfer to Air China flight to ULN.

I only have 1 hour 05 to transfer. I will arrive at 14:10 and my flight to ULN leaves at 15:15. What's the easiest way to do that?

Well, generally speaking, the minimum transfer time for International to International transfer in T3 is an hour. Thus if you finish those procedures as soon as possible, you'll make it. Many English signs at the airport can help you find the correct direction. Hereunder is the procedures:
Flight Arrival - Transfer Procedures - Stamped on the Boarding Pass - Security Check - Custom Inspection - Waiting & Boarding
