Amsterdam - Singapore - Chengdu - Amsterdam

I am a Dutch passport holder and would like to have a short stay in Chengdu during my trip to Singapore, would this be possible without applying a visa? So from Amsterdam - Singapore - Chengdu - Amsterdam.

Thank you very much!

Ada, if so, you qualify for the 72 hour free transit in Chengdu. No entry permit is needed then.
