About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

China Visa Tourist Application Questions #1.9, and #1.13

Hello,
Question # 1.9 is confusing to me. What is meant by, "Local ID/Citizenship Number"? ... DO I list my passport number? ... Question #1.11 asks for my passport number. So what goes in 1.9?
Question #1.13 asks for the place of issuance of my passport. Can I type "U.S.A." or, do I have to type the PHYSICAL LOCATION of where I got my passport?

Antonio, as for section 1.9, you can just list the number of your social security card.
As for section 1.13, you should type the physical location of where you got your passport.
