China Visa Application Questions # 2.5, and # 2.6

Hello, Application question #2.5 asks for longest intended stay among all entries. Do I SPELL OUT the number of days or, is using a NUMERICAL number acceptable?
Question #2.6 asks for itinerary in time sequence. Do I list ARRIVAL DATES and DEPARTURE DATES for each city or, just ARRIVAL DATES?
Thank you very much.
Antonio Lopez
PS - If I appear hyper cautious its because I am. The nearest consulate for me is 125-miles away, and I have read some postings where if you forget to dot an "i" or, cross a "t", applications get rejected. (Figuratively not literally). ... Thanks again.

As for section 2.5, you can just write Arabic numerals.
For section 2.6, you should provide the probable travel itinerary such as the arrival date, departure date and which city you will go.
