I m nepali my name is iswor I m overstayed in china I want to go back to Nepal how can i go and how many days they put in jail and how much penalty they take

You have to surrender at the local police and pay the fines first, about CNY 10,000. If you pay the fines, they may not put you in jail. And then you will be given an exit pass to leave for your country.
