About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Tokyo- Shanghai - Bangkok

I will be staying in Shanhai from the 31st of july until the 5th of august. I am flying from Tokyo to Shanghai and then from Shanghai to Bangkok. I have a Dutch passport. Can i use the 144 h visa?
