Can I take a bus from Hong Kong International Airport to Royal Plaza Hotel?

Yes. You need to take the Airport Express to get to Kowloon Station first. Then you can enjoy the free shuttle bus line K5 and arrive at the hotel directly. By the way, your hotel is the third bus stop of this bus route. :)
