About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Traveling from SFO to PEK Air China, then To Dalian DLC.

It looks like I will have to claim bags, and go thru customs? Then, check in bags again to head to Dalian? 2 hour and 15 minute layover in PEK. Im a bit worried about time! Will this be enough?

Yes, it's international to domestic transfer. You need to recheck the baggage. Generally speaking, it takes at least 2 hours to complete the transfer procedures. Thus your time is a little bit tight. You need to finish those procedures as soon as possible. :)
