Hi , Another option is you could check flight connction from India to Central Asia ( Stan country ,Uzbekistan , Kyrgystan , Kazakhstan , Tadjikistan , Turkmensiatn ...) there are direct flight from there to Urumqi . of course it will deends on  air cost . good luck ! Ablajan Jilil ( Urumqi )
